Microsoft Content Management System (MCMS) – Software Development and Business Process Re-Engineering |
“It has been a pleasure working with you and I wish you much success in your future projects. You were a tremendous asset to the project and we could not have delivered a quality product to USPIS without your technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of CMS. In addition to your technical expertise you demonstrated great leadership qualities and professionalism as you provided guidance to the off-site development team in the development of the CMS templates as well as to the GUI designer in the development of the themes for the CMS intranet. I also thank you for your willingness to not only to serve as the Solution Architect/Technical Lead for the project, but to perform development as well. Once again I wish you much success in your future projects and you will be at the top of my list of candidates whenever, new CMS or Sharepoint projects come up.”

“John, this is evidence that you are guiding the ship and moving in the right direction in how we not only fix the BB issues but satisfy our customers. As well, it appears that Michael is an excellent selection to our team, talented and appreciated by our customers. Every once in a while we experience bumps in the road but those bumps are opportunities to take the program to the next level. Michael, it appears, can help us get over some of the bumps.
Please pass on to Michael our appreciation for a job well done. I understand that more often than not we hear about the negative things resulting from the hard work we do every day so it is always refreshing to hear about the positive things we know that we are doing that we do not hear about at all.
Please keep up the good work TEAM!”

Wachovia Information Technology Global Asset Management Systems Development |
The Vice President and Manager of Service Delivery Solutions, at Wachovia Bank , wrote us to make us aware of the tremendous amount of time Our employee had saved them. In December of 2005 they were under an important deadline to convert several reports to Actuate V8. Of the 100 reports that needed converting, they had to skip all of the graphing related reports. None of them would convert. They even brought in a previous “Actuate experts” to help determine the problem. Finally, they concluded the reports would have to be rewritten from scratch in the new V8.
After Autonomic Resources was placed on the project, in a matter of days, Autonomic Resources was able to determine the reason Wachovia had not been able to get the reports to convert. Wachovia implemented a change based on Autonomic's findings and all of the graphing reports converted easily from that point. Wachovia had expected to spend many hours and dollars for the next month converting the reports. As a result of Autonomic's recommendation, Wachovia saved considerable work and testing. Autonomic's employee was referred to as a “definite lifesaver on this one!”

"Bob, Songpol, Mitchell (Autonomic Team) and Greg, I just want to thank you for your outstanding service to our US Army customer over the last couple of months. The feedback we have received on all four of you from the Army has been excellent! I know it was a bumpy road getting there and then the level or type of activity may not have been all that we thought it would be, but it was still important for you to be there. You represented HP and yourselves quite well and I very much appreciate it!
A safe homeward bound trip for you all and I wish you good success in you future endeavors!"
Regards,
Bruce
