Communications Specialists
Autonomic Resources provided two individuals tasked with performing the duties of Communications Specialist to help implement a Communications Plan for the US Department of Justice Law Enforcement Information Sharing Program. They assisted with the creation of internal and external communications strategies and materials that effectively reinforced key messages and strengthened relationships. Responsibilities included researching communications options, copy writing, and effective communication of strategies and findings.

Communications/Marketing
Involvement included assistance in the development and implementation of itnernal marketing communications and promotional strategies and programs. Our team’s expertise was used to help determine which communications vehicles should be used to deliver key messages. They provided a key function of maintaining communications and relations with points of contact within the Department of Justice as well as coordinating communications activities with various stakeholders. General administrative assistance and support of Communications plan was also assigned as needed.

Writing
Support was provided with the development of communications materials (including publicity materials, internet content, newsletter, and various documentation). The individuals wrote, edited, and proofread both technical and communications copy; draft routine correspondence and assisted in the preparation and distribution of materials.
