Autonomic Resources provided national field technician outsource support services for the deployment and roll-out of the NexPress color production presses products. The work AR supported was the Analysis, evaluation of the equipment performance. Maintenance on demand to resolve existing, complex equipment problems. Had customer contact within specified guidelines to determine priority and possible problem resolution. Performed preventive maintenance during service visit to ensure continued machine performance. Followed accepted maintenance procedures and develops systems knowledge to address individual customer needs. Coordinated and performed installs and removes of systems and subsystems. Implements published modifications and retrofits as required to maximize equipment up time. Established and maintained positive and effective customer relationships. Attained a high level of customer satisfaction and improvement of machine reliability. AR also responded to customer questions regarding equipment operation and technical trouble shooting in order to reduce downtime. Ensured that all company issued equipment is maintained in good working condition. Maintained frequently used technical inventory to satisfy customer needs and accounting concerns.
